PowerPoint Presentations
Enjoy learning how a PowerPoint presentation is put together and how text and images can be positioned on slides and the slideshow enhanced with transitions and animation. Use Themes to make the colour scheme and fonts match your design requirements. Understand Master Slides. Save countless hours of repetitive work.
Images are the heart of a presentation. We can pay a brief visit to Photoshop to see pixels in their natural habitat and learn why particular pixel measurements play an important role in ensuring optimum image quality.
We can have a close look at reds, greens and blues and see how the RGB Model can be used to produce the exact range of colours you require.
Video can be used to great effect. We can look at some examples.
We can examine widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio and discuss why it should be considered as opposed to 4:3. You can decide which is best for your purposes.
Other Applications
Excel and Access 2007/2010 are installed. We can cover the essential skills required and explore/discuss where you want to go from there.
Also installed are Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements (video editing). You might like to be aware of the capabilities of these low-priced applications.
Why one-to-one?
You may only require a short course tailored to your specific needs or there might be some aspect of an application you want to discuss or examine in greater detail.
